Shipping Policy
Each (un) T-shirt is made to order, printed especially for you rather than held as stock. This helps reduce unnecessary inventory and allows us to produce closer to customers where possible, but it also means your order needs a little production time before it ships.
Order processing and production
Orders are usually sent to production shortly after they are placed.
Estimated production time:
2–5 business days
During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theunshop.com
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Local production where possible
Print-on-demand allows us to work with production partners in different locations rather than shipping every order from one central warehouse.
Where possible, we aim to produce your order closer to your delivery country to help shorten delivery times, reduce shipping costs, and avoid unnecessary international transport.
This may not always be possible. Production location can depend on your delivery address, garment stock, print capacity, product availability, order routing, and other conditions at our production partners.
If local production is not available for your order, it may be produced and shipped from another location.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the production location, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production times, postal services, courier networks, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
If you order multiple items, shipping costs may vary depending on where the items are produced, how they are packed, and where they are being delivered.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Please allow a little time for tracking links to update after dispatch.
Incorrect shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@theunshop.com
If the order has not yet gone into production or shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once production or shipping has started, changes may not be possible.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@theunshop.com and we’ll look into it.
Please include your order number and shipping address.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the country of production, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges may apply.
These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theunshop.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant.
We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in line with our Refund Policy.
